Before contacting us through the app you can check the "Updates and Hot topics" tab, if your issue is listed there our team is working to fix it and there is no need to open a ticket unless you are missing a purchase.

To contact us through the game, please do the following:

For iOS and Android, devices:
1. Open the in-game Settings menu and tap "Send your feedback!".
2. Choose any article from any topic.
3. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Was this helpful?" Tap No, then tap Contact Us to start a conversation.
4. Provide as much information about the issue as possible, tap Submit.
